Finn

Meet Finn!!

Finn has the type of personality and temperament that people dream of in a dog. Despite this, he somehow found himself on "death row" in the animal shelter. Even the shelter recognized his great qualities and what a terrific pet he would make and put Finn into its adoption program. Unfortunately, no one was interested in big dogs during the few weeks Finn was up for adoption and his time was up. Luckily, the shelter called us, told us about Finn's fantastic personality, and begged us to save him - once we met him, we saw exactly why.

Finn is a beautiful 2 year old male with a thick and shiny yellow/red coat. The great thing about Finn is that he is laid back and calm in the house, he does not need a ton of exercise, and he likes to lay around watching TV with his people or getting belly rubs.

Finn also likes to take walks, play fetch, and carry his stuffies around. Finn gets along great with all kinds of people and other dogs and he especially loves men and likes to follow them around. Finn does like to chase cats so he will need a home without cats. Finn is crate trained and is perfectly content being crated while his foster mom and dad are at work. Finn has never had an accident in the house and appears to be completely house trained. Finn walks very well on a leash and he knows some basic obedience like "sit" and "down" and his foster family is working on more commands. Finn is extremely food motivated so training him using positive reinforcement is a breeze.

If you are looking for a super-sweet, lovable, laid back, and easy to train dog, Finn is waiting to meet you.
