Blue, who is approximately a year and one-half, is listed as a courtesy cross-listing for our friends of the Lone Star Boxer Rescue.
She was discovered one day running full speed through a neighbor's yard, with two little boys in tow yelling, "'Mister, please catch our dog!" After a lesson on keeping their dog on a leash, and a treat for Blue, they were on their way back home. The next time Blue showed up, the little boys were nowhere to be seen, and this time she stuck around. She was so sweet, and friendly, always trying to play with the family's dog. These nice neighbors started feeding her after she had been around for a few days, and then they tried everything they could think of to find Blue's family. No one knew where Blue's family had gone, but it was clear they weren't coming back. Blue wanted so badly to be home again, and one day she showed up dragging her dirty little food bowl behind her.
